Accounting Principals is recruiting for an Collections Account Manager located in the Castleton area of Indianapolis. This position is with a well-known American company that specializes in services to other businesses. Candidates interested in this contract to hire position should have at least 2 years of prior business to business collections or customer service experience. The schedule for this position is M-F 8-5p, compensation begins at $16/HR.
Responsibilities:
Collect customer payments in compliance with payment due dates
Resolve billing issues and address account delinquency
Process payments and refunds
Update account status records of collections and credit
Provide assistance and follow-up to customers
Requirements:
2+ years prior experience in a Customer Service/Collections role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school diploma, required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
