Closing Transaction Specialist
Accounting Principals is working with a company in the mortgage industry that is searching for a temporary employee to help for the next six months. You will be specializing in the final step of the loan process and be reviewing the closing disclosures. You will be reviewing the documents for completion and accuracy, coordinating with the other loan team members, and process revisions if needed. Since your main responsibility will be focusing on this document, you must have at least a year of prior experience working with closing disclosures. In addition, professional communication skills and extreme attention to detail will be crucial for success in this position. This interview process is moving quickly because the team needs help right away. There are a few different locations you will be able to work out of so it could be an easy commute depending on where you live.
Reviewing and processing the closing documents
Verify and ensure accuracy on all forms
Resolve any discrepancies
Make adjustments and process supporting documents if needed
Coordinate and communicate with individuals involved in the loan process
Additional tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least a year of experience in the lending or mortgage industry
Knowledge of closing disclosures
Professional communication skills
Ability to perform tasks with an extreme degree of accuracy and attention to detail
