Client Service Assistant will perform administrative tasks to support a team of Portfolio Managers for an asset management group in Richmond. Order entry, phone support, database management and reporting in Excel
Client correspondence; transfers, account updates, cash reviews and web access
Interface with the portfolio team on administrative matters
Maintain accurate and secure client information
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of financial industry support
Strong customer service skills
Experience in MS Office required
Knowledge of custodial platforms preferred
