A well-known settlement administration firm in Seattle, WA is seeking full time claims processor and call center representative(s). This is a great contract to hire position with a company that is heavily client and employee focused.

The ideal candidate would have experience in insurance, healthcare, and home warranty claims processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of data entry, call center and claims analysis tasks
  • Responsible for maintaining steady workflow from intake of calls and claim forms
  • Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol
  • Tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
  • Ensures timely processing of all documents
  • Documents internal audits and other internal quality assurance activities
  • Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions
  • Interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful and articulate manner over the phone
  • Qualifications:

  • Detailed orientated and able to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time with availability to work overtime, if needed.
  • Associate Degree Preferred
  • Financial Knowledge is a plus
  • Customer Service or previous professional phone experience a plus
