A well-known settlement administration firm in Seattle, WA is seeking full time claims processor and call center representative(s). This is a great contract to hire position with a company that is heavily client and employee focused.
The ideal candidate would have experience in insurance, healthcare, and home warranty claims processing.
Ensure completion of data entry, call center and claims analysis tasks
Responsible for maintaining steady workflow from intake of calls and claim forms
Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol
Tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
Ensures timely processing of all documents
Documents internal audits and other internal quality assurance activities
Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions
Interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful and articulate manner over the phone
Detailed orientated and able to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time with availability to work overtime, if needed.
Associate Degree Preferred
Financial Knowledge is a plus
Customer Service or previous professional phone experience a plus
