Chargebacks/Accounts Receivable Analyst – Remote/On Site

We are searching for a candidate that is interested in growing their accounting skills as we are open to training candidates on specific job functions.
Perform full cycle Accounts Receivable functions including billing, cash application, chargeback research and light collections.
Research and resolve dispute transactions on a daily basis, including fraud cases, and rejected transactions originating from use of the charge card signature-based transactions.
Researched and identified chargeback issues/rejections and collaborated with wholesalers as well as internal counterparts to resolve chargeback issues and eliminate future occurrences
Contacts customers and account teams for remittance discrepancies
Facilitated financial reconciliation of pricing and contracted discrepancies, day-to-day account support for customer and supplier accounts.
Create weekly reports and work on various A/R projects as assigned.
2-3 years of related experience in Accounts Receivables
ERP knowledge desired
Proficient understanding of Chargeback/Accounts Receivable processes highly desired
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
