Call Center Representative

Do you have experience in a call center and are looking for a new opportunity? Accounting Principals is looking to hire a Call Center Representative in the Lewisburg, TN area.

This is an on-site role hours 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls
  • Handling customer complaints and issues
  • Following up with customers
  • Entering accurate information into company system
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with SAP software, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in a call-center
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
