Call Center Representative

Accounting Principals is looking to hire a Call Center Representative for a global company in the Syracuse, New York area. This position will take place on-site in a call center and one of the main responsibilities are ensuring maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Job Duties:

  • Booking credit and return orders
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls
  • Meeting individual and team goals
  • Handling tax certificates
  • Resolving customer care issues
  • Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Familiar with Oracle software
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel as well as Outlook
  • Associates Degree with 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
