Business to Business (B2B) Collections Job in Des Plaines, Illinois
We are actively hiring for a Business to Business Collections job in Des Plaines, Illinois. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within commercial collections and great customer service skills. Candidates will be responsible for calling on delinquent accounts and logging all customer activity accurately. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity and our client is looking to get someone started immediately!
Business to Business Collections Job responsibilities:
• Maintain customer files and initiate follow-up calls
• Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
• Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
• Log all activity in individual customer files in computer
• Follow up as necessary with telephone calls and/or written communication
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high volume work environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
