We are working closely with a Client in the long-term care field to find a Business Office Coordinator. This job would involve doing a great deal of accounts receivable and Medicare Part A Billing. This is a full time position with long term growth potential.
 
Responsibilities

  • Manage all Medicare Type A billing
  • Ensure that collections are taking place on a set time frame
  • Work together with the facility administrator to make sure A/R tasks are completed
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Medicare Part A billing
  • 3-5 years of general medical billing experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • Positive and flexible attitude
