The Money-Making Stuff:

 

  • Activity, activity, activity.
  • 50 calls per day is a good minimum/average of phone calls you will be making to market our superb recruiting services to local clients around the surrounding suburbs
  • Building relationships are key here, so you will set meetings to meet with them at their office (10 per week) – explain our services and keep in touch with them on a continuous basis, so when a need comes up for them for a candidate --- the only person they will think to call is you!
  • You will receive a starting “Book of Business” as a starting point, but in no way is that where you have to stop.
  • Call companies that we have not worked with before, network with everyone and everywhere to get your name out there
  • Once you do get a job order from a client, your team will help fill it and you will continue that business relationship by following up and ensuring the candidate and client both are happy.
  • Overall, this job’s foundation is built upon building and keeping relationships as well as high-energy/high-activity.
  • The minimum 50 calls per day and 10 Client Visits per week will help you to ensure that you get enough business flowing to you. The more activity you do the higher chances, probability-wise, you have of increasing your business.

The One and Only Requirement: 

We are looking for High-Energy, Motivated Individuals who are sales/numbers-minded and have the Money-Making Drive!

 

Compensation: Generous Salary + Uncapped Commission!! Believe me, you will make A LOT of money if you try! All you have to do is have the drive and consistently have the activity day in and day out and it will be impossible to lose!

 

Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 8AM-5PM
