Are you looking to build a meaningful and lucrative career? Accounting Principals is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager to help manage and grow business in the Baltimore, MD area. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new business, creating and managing client relationships and directing a dedicated placement team.

• Create and manage a network of clients through various avenues including networking, marketing and sourcing efforts
• Facilitate meetings, strategize with companies on their staffing needs and offer industry expertise during their hiring process
• Collaborate with your teammates to ensure a successful and productive work environment
• College degree with at least one year of experience, preferably in direct business-to-business sales
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales environment that heavily emphasizes exceptional customer service
• A professional and polished demeanor with excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed
