Accounting Principals is working with an American multinational independent investment bank and financial services company to fill a Branch Operations Specialist role. This person will be responsible for providing general office support for the branch located in Tuscaloosa, AL.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between home office departments and the branch offices to research and resolve escalated issues regarding clients’ accounts communicated via phone, correspondence, email, and online inquiries; follows the issue all the way through resolution and final communications.
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Determines best method to resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responds to incoming inquiries related to qualifications, instructions or paperwork requirements for various programs.
  • Communicates and coordinates with Registrations, Sales Management and Compliance Departments to monitor branch and FA status.
  • Acts as liaison for the branches by explaining the many different systems used and directing the FA to the appropriate systems needed.  
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  •  

    Education:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • New Grads.
  •  

    Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recent administrative / office support experience - ideally where they were the first person to greet clients/visitors.
  •  

    Skills:  

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Pleasant / professional / friendly demeanor - they will be the first person to greet visitors and clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, basic Excel)
  •  

    Type:

  • Contract.
  • Desired Start Date: 12/28/21
  • End Date: 04/01/2022
  • Full-time.
  • This position has opportunity to be extended or converted to full-time depending on their performance and attendance.
  •  

    Location:

  • 100% Onsite.
  • 200 Marina Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL, 35406.
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM, & Friday 8AM-4PM.
  •  

    Pay:

  • $20/HR.
  •
