Accounting Principals is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager for an established financial services firm in Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small office 
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
  • Credit card processing
  • Journal Entries
  • Assisting with payroll  
  • Data entry using QuickBooks and Excel
  • Requirements:

  • MUST have 5+ years of experience in accounting 
  • MUST be QuickBooks Certified and be able to use both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop 
  • MUST have management experience 
  • Strong phone skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Pay:

  • $50,000 - $55,000
