Do you have experience running a business office? Accounting Principals is seeking an immediate Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a professional business office in West Knoxville, TN. Please see below for more details about this immediate opportunity!


  • Report maintenance of office building equipment
  • Clerical duties: Copies, Faxes, Folding Machine, Computers, Phone Systems and maintaining kitchen appliances
  • Keep up with maintenance of building and report repairs and cleaning requests to the online work order system
  • Maintain supply closet
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Oversee Receptionist
  • Office duties also include: ordering food for events, buying refreshments, setting up socials, and more!
  • See that mailings go out on time
  • Manage marriage records
  • Verizon account bill maintenance and oversight
  • Verify collection sheets
  • Post returned checks
  • Post deposits
  • Journal entries (entering and corrections)
  • Request and pay invoices
  • Verify POs
  • Pay monthly invoices
  • Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting required
  • Computer literate
  • Accurate and detailed in their work
  • Professional demeanor and external representation
  • Organized with bookkeeping/journal entries
  • QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook experience highly preferred
  • Hours: M-F 9-4

    Pay: $25/hr
