BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER JOB NEAR PITTSBURGH, PA
Are you an experienced, full-cycle bookkeeper, looking for a new opportunity? This Temporary-to-Permanent position allows you to own the process and wear several different hats. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong time management skills, and exposure to HR duties as well. This position will pay $35-40k upon going permanent.
- Accounts payable and vendor maintenance
- Account receivable - tracking projects and ensuring accurate billings
- Payroll entries and reporting
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Prepare for month-end closing
- Reconciling Credit Card Accounts
- Various tasks as assigned by management

- Associate Degree in Accounting or Business, preferred but not required
- 4+ years of various Bookkeeping and Office/HR experience
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong technical skills including Excel
- Strong communication and organization
