BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER JOB NEAR PITTSBURGH, PA
 
Are you an experienced, full-cycle bookkeeper, looking for a new opportunity? This Temporary-to-Permanent position allows you to own the process and wear several different hats.  The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong time management skills, and exposure to HR duties as well.  This position will pay $35-40k upon going permanent.
 
Duties: 

  • Accounts payable and vendor maintenance
  • Account receivable - tracking projects and ensuring accurate billings
  • Payroll entries and reporting
  • Maintain spreadsheets
  • Prepare for month-end closing
  • Reconciling Credit Card Accounts
  • Various tasks as assigned by management
 
Qualifications: 
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Business, preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of various Bookkeeping and Office/HR experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Strong technical skills including Excel
  • Strong communication and organization
