Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job in Charlotte, NC
We are hiring for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will be able to handle the bookkeeping within QuickBooks and help manage the office. This is a small environment and could be a great opportunity for the right candidate!
• Accounts receivable – creating invoices, applying payments
• Accounts payable – entry of invoices, matching of invoices
• Light payroll
• Managing office – answering phones, ordering supplies, assisting with administrative duties
• Ad-hoc duties
• Proactive personality is a must
• QuickBooks experience is required!
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Ability to wear multiple hats
• Strong organization skills
