Accounting Principals is looking for a detail-oriented applicant for a part-time position as a Business Manager in Midlothian, VA. The candidate would be working two days a week remotely, but will also be going into the office on Fridays for end of the week check-ins. Experience in bookkeeping and exceling organizational skills are required for this type of role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a crucial member of a team
  • Handle vendor billing and shipping
  • Create budgets for potential projects and ensure profitability
  • Implement timelines and spreadsheets for vendors and projects
  • Track costs of all product-related movements
  • Adjust work estimates before sending out contracts to clients
  • Experience and Skills:

  • Background in bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Good with numbers
  • Organization
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented
  • Prioritize certain tasks over others
  • Workday:

  • Remote- 2 days a week
  • In office- Fridays
