Accounting Principals is excited to team up with a client that is looking to groom a bookkeeper into their expanding team! This role will be keeping financial records, create detailed financial transactions, generating key stakeholder reports, and update financial information! They are a very small office in NE Portland OR, but is looking for someone with the right attitude and fit to join their team!
Job responsibilities include:
Full charged bookkeeping in many different aspects of accounting
Process business transactions
Ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintenance of cash worksheet
Reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Minimum qualifications include:
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Experience in keeping financial records, creating transactions, and generating reports
Knowledge and comfortability with QuickBooks
