Accounting Principals is excited to team up with a client that is looking to groom a bookkeeper into their expanding team! This role will be keeping financial records, create detailed financial transactions, generating key stakeholder reports, and update financial information! They are a very small office in NE Portland OR, but is looking for someone with the right attitude and fit to join their team!

Job responsibilities include:

  • Full charged bookkeeping in many different aspects of accounting
  • Process business transactions
  • Ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintenance of cash worksheet
  • Reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
  • Minimum qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in keeping financial records, creating transactions, and generating reports
  • Knowledge and comfortability with QuickBooks
