Accounting Principals is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper for a direct hire position in Grand Rapids, MI. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for various accounting and payroll related tasks, including preparing monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.
Process Accounts Payable and Receivables
Prepare payroll and process garnishment payments
Process tax payments and cut commission checks
Prepare monthly financial reports
Process W2 and 1099 forms annually
2 years of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
2 years of QuickBooks experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
