Accounting Principals is partnering with a local company to search for a full time accounting professional. You will be helping support the team with a variety of tasks and need to be comfortable working in the office. They are taking precautions in the office and you will be working in your own area. Your main tasks will be posting payments, organizing processing payroll for 30 employees, invoice reconciliations and vendor management. You will be trained and have someone to ask questions to in the office. The ideal candidate will have accounting education or experience, is a self-starter, has excellent communication and a keen eye for detail. This is a contract to hire position, working from 8am-5pm.

Main Tasks:

  • Posting payments to the correct accounts
  • Auditing and updating vendor account information
  • Reconciling credit card statements
  • Processing payroll for up to 30 employees
  • Updating the accounting reports
  • Additional projects as needed


  • At least a year of accounting education or experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn quick and work with accuracy
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
