Accounting Principals has partnered with a Piscataway, New Jersey based firm in their search to hire a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.  This is a dynamic position that will play an essential role within the company.  Looking to hire ASAP!


  • Maintaining a record of financial transactions
  • Update and maintain the general ledger
  • Reconciliations of entries
  • Recording debits and credits
  • Oversee operations of the office
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ Bookkeeping experience
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of accounting best practices
  • Professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal skills
