 Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Manage vendor accounts
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Prepare and analysis monthly, annual financial reports
  • Reconciliations of bank and credit cards
  • Maintain accurate financial data
  • Qualifications:

  • Degree is a plus but not required
  • Experience using QuickBooks 
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Organizational skills
