Accounting Principals is seeking a Bookkeeper for a Contract opportunity in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Accounting experience. The main responsibilities in this position will include both AP & AR. Sound like something you’re interested in? Apply today!


  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Ability to prepare bank deposits
  • Apply payments to accounts
  • Assist with month end close process
  • Perform other duties as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organize
  • Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
