Accounting Principals is actively recruiting a take-charge Bookkeeper on the north side of Indianapolis. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a growing organization! To be considered for this role candidates must have a minimum of three years’ prior experience as a Bookkeeper.
Handling bank reconciliations and posting journal entries
Assist in financial statement preparation
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
Track work papers to foster efficient work flow
Organization of client files for accounting team
Bachelors degree, preferred
3+ yrs experience preferred, ideally with small business or accounting firm
Experience in using QuickBooks (preferably clouded QuickBooks)
Comfort level with monthly closing process and bank reconciliation
