Accounting Principals is actively recruiting a take-charge Bookkeeper on the north side of Indianapolis. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a growing organization! To be considered for this role candidates must have a minimum of three years’ prior experience as a Bookkeeper.  


  • Handling bank reconciliations and posting journal entries
  • Assist in financial statement preparation
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
  • Track work papers to foster efficient work flow
  • Organization of client files for accounting team
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • 3+ yrs experience preferred, ideally with small business or accounting firm
  • Experience in using QuickBooks (preferably clouded QuickBooks)
  • Comfort level with monthly closing process and bank reconciliation
