The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. To qualify, you must have 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or administrative support role and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities
Accurately enter date into GL
Debit, credit, and totally accounts on Excel spreadsheets
Code documents in compliance with company standards
Prepare bank deposits
Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and handling routine correspondence.
Associate’s degree preferred in accounting or relevant experience (3+ years)
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills
