Our client, a wholesale distribution company in Vernon CA., is looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper.    If you have a minimum of three years of  Bookkeeping experience, and looking to continue to grow your career, we would love to speak with you!

Job Duties:

  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Manage employee timekeeping
  • Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Enter inventory data and assist with inventory reconciliations
  • Light Accounts Receivable support
  • Work closely with President and outside CPA on accounting needs
  • Support with day-to-day office operations
  • Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills
