Accounting Principals is working with one of our best clients in the non-profit industry looking to fill a Bookkeeper job for the main office located in Oakland, CA. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a full charge Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and handling a small payroll.
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Accounting would be preferred
- Comfortable working with a small team, helpful, and not afraid to take initiative
- Attention to detail, analytical, and organized
- Solid communications both written and verbal, not afraid to ask questions
- Software experience with Quickbooks preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00
