Manage Payroll and Accounts Payable
Daily reconciliation of bank account activity
Support with HR responsibilities (FMLA, compliance)
Complete month-end reconciliation between the general ledger and the bank statement detailing and identifying all reconciling items and in transit amounts; along with other month-end responsibilities.
Light customer service needs to client questions
3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, not required
Experience in Paychex or ADP is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Must possess ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
