Bookkeeper (Accounting)

Are you a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receiveable? Do you have a can-do attitude and enjoy handling multiple different responsibilities? We are looking for a bookkeeper for a new position in Santa Clara, CA. This position would be excellent for someone with at least two years of accounting experience, good excel skills, and a great attitude. Job Duties:

  • Expense Reporting
  • Support with AP,AR, payroll
  • Prepare 1099's at end of the year
  • Data entry
  • Gather review time sheets, expense reports and other related documents from all employees
  • Complete month-end reconciliation between the general ledger and the bank statement
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Skills or experience needed:

  • 1-3 years of bookkeeping or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • System savvy and use of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with Concur is a plus
  • Good planning and organizational skills
