Bookkeeper

Accounting Principals has partnered with an established client in the healthcare industry seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the Phoenix, AZ area. The perfect candidate will have 3+ years bookkeeping experience and extensive experience using Quickbooks. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries and financial statements
  • Assist with AP and AR
  • Process payroll
  • Post journal entries to GL maintaining accuracy
  • Assist in tracking and evaluating financial performance
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Bookkeeping or related experience
  • Degree in accounting or finance (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Expert level QuickBooks
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with insurance and billing strongly preferred
  • Strong communication with exceptional customer service
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented workspace
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Job Details:

  • Full time, contract to hire
  • Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00a - 5:00p
