Accounting Principals is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for our client. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing and managing all company financial transactions, client invoicing/accounts receivable, tax/financial reporting requirements, payroll processing and reporting, check processing, and bank/credit card account reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep books and accounting records of financial transactions
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, coding, and mathematical accuracy
  • Analyze and record common bank and credit card transactions
  • Perform bookkeeping and payroll duties, including staff and client payrolls, bank deposits and reconciliations, accounts payable and other client payments
  • Payroll for staff and clients


Experience and Education Required:

  • At least 2-4 years related experience  
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Team oriented 
  • Self-driven
