Accounting Principals is working with one of our clients to fill a bookkeeping position in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a bookkeeper as well as experience with AP, AR and quickbooks.
- Managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Managing the month-end and producing the financial statements
- Progress billing
- Lien Releases
- Job Costing
- Data Entry and any administrative and clerical activity that need to be completed for the job
- Industry experience in construction preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks required
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced skills with excel
- Associates or Bachelors Degree would be preferred, but will consider candidates with the correct experience
