Ajilon has partnered with a company that is growing rapidly in Orlando FL. We are actively searching for a team-oriented Bookkeeper.
This role entails processing daily invoices, sales orders, bank transactions, bills and other accounting/finance matters into Sage software.- Apply Today
Responsible for processing daily transactions such as invoices, bills, orders and accounts payable and receivable.
Responsible for collections calls.
Responsible for entering financial information into appropriate software programs.
Prepares ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as required.
Perform/Assist monthly inventory counts
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in a similar Finance environment
Strong understanding of Florida sales tax and out-of-state sales tax.
Strong Microsoft Office Excel/ Word
Work Type: Full Time, 40 hours; Onsite
Schedule: M- F 8-4:30pm
