Accounting Principals is now hiring for an Bookkeeper in St Pete, FL.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as a full-cycle bookkeeper and experience using QuickBooks Online.  This is a contract to hire opportunity based on performance and attendance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Post merchant accountant batches in QuickBooks
  • Maintain filing and office organization
  • Liaison with clients and vendors across all business
  • Basic office administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • 3-5 years’ experience in full-cycle accounting
  • 3 years’ experience using QuickBooks Online
