Accounting Principals is partnering with a growing organization to identify an individual for a Contract to Hire Bookkeeper role in San Diego, CA. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of five years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience. This is a family oriented company with a flexible schedule and great schedule!
The Bookkeeper is responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable and maintaining the general ledger.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts
Maintain the general ledger and prepare account reconciliations
Prepare financial statements monthly
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
