Accounting Principals is partnering with a property management company to identify an individual for a contract to hire Bookkeeper job in San Marcos, CA. You must have a minimum of two years of general accounting and experience closing the books. This is a great opportunity to work with a family-oriented company in a stable position. This position is 100% on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing various journal entries, reconciling accounts and closing the books monthly.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and post various journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Reconcile bank accounts
Close the books monthly
Back-up accounts payable and accounts receivable
Minimum two years of experience in bookkeeping and monthly close
Experience with Yardi or similar accounting software
