  1. Accounting Principals is looking for a Bookkeeper in the city of Newport Beach, waterview office! This position is temp to hire, starting pay is $60k-$65k!
  • Years of experience: 4+ years
  • Job Duties: Reconciliations, payroll, payroll tax reports, sales tax, 1099’s on QBO, 1099 reports, NEC’s, AP/AR , invoicing, bank recs, general ledger, journal entries, cash receipts, vendor management, light administrative duties when needed, customer service, data entry
  • Skills: Great communication, remembering to follow up on email communication, good time management
  • Industry experience: Not required
  • Degree: Not required, experience is more important
  • Software: QuickBooks (Online), Excel (vLookups, Pivots) required**
  • Hours of operation: M-F // flexible, “8hrs a day as long as they get work done”
