Accounting Principals is seeking a candidate to fill a Bookkeeper position located in the Pittsburgh area. The Bookkeeper is responsible for general accounting duties such as producing financial statements and keeping track of accounts. The ideal candidate would have excellent analytical skills with general ledger experience.
Responsibilities Include:
• Journal entry preparation, account/bank reconciliations
• Account analysis to support monthly, quarterly and annual book closes
• Prepare and submit financial statements for review
• Collect, code and submit invoices
• Process credit and debit memos
• Assist with basic payroll related duties
• Other duties as assigned

• Weekly meetings with the Owner to updated and discuss financials
• 2-3 years of experience

• QuickBooks experience required
• Exceptional MS abilities – especially Excel
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal
• Organized, attention to details, able to multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines
