Bookkeeper Job in Hoffman Estates, IL
Accounting Principals has a Bookkeeper job in the Hoffman Estates, IL area. The Bookkeeper should have at least three to five years of experience in a high volume and fast pace work environment. This role will be responsible for general accounting duties, AP/AR, reconciliations, and analysis of financial information. This is a contract to hire role. Our client is looking to hire quickly!
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Review and correct billing errors
- Perform Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Generate monthly statements and reports
- Process and manage payroll
- Assist with month end close
- Bachelor Degree (BA/BS)
- At least three to five years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), QuickBooks
- Detail oriented and task driven
