Richmond Insurance company now hiring an Accountant through Accounting Principals. You will be working in QuickBooks and Excel to perform accounting tasks pertaining to the corporate general ledger. You will be processing accounting records to include AP AR, cash management and month-end close. Experience working in QuickBooks is ideal.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Manage the banking and credit card platforms
- Initiate wire transactions
- Manage the company expense and P-card program
- Provide cash reports
- Maintain, post, reconcile and balance accounts
- Financial reporting and analysis
