Bookkeeper position available in Roseville!
We are currently working with a major insurance company looking for a full time Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This national organization has been in business for over 20 years and has a perfect rating with the BBB. Their business is growing and they are eager to find a dedicated and dynamic person to add to their team!
- Processing and posting 100+ invoices per week for various entities
- Create and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, present information to management
- Set up, maintain and reconcile vendor accounts
- Full cycle, bi-weekly payroll through Quickbooks
- Multi-state payroll tax filings
- Process yearly 1099 and W2 forms
- General ledger reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliations
- Other projects as assigned
- 7+ years experience in Accounting/Bookeeper role
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Multi-Unit of Multi-Entity experience highly preferred
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment
