Our client is in the construction field and is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to work 3 days a week or 25/hours per week. This company has won multiple awards for their work and being a great place to work. Seeking someone who has experience and knowledge in general bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, reporting, account reconciliations, etc.
Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to serve as a key member of our team
All areas of accounting including accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
Prepare and coordinate lien waivers, purchase orders and follow up on certificates of insurance.
Handle various administrative roles ensuring the office is well supplied and runs smoothly
2+ years of bookkeeping
QuickBooks experience preferred
