Bookkeeper/ Office Manager
 
Do you have bookkeeping experience in the retail industry? This position is with a mid-sized company in the Tulsa area! Are you familiar with operational accounting, along with payroll and financial statements? We are seeking a full charge bookkeeper that is able to take initiative! The salary for this position ranges from $37,000-$40,000! This position is immediate!
 
Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Payroll and payroll taxes
-Reconciling statements
-New hire data entry and paperwork
-Daily credit card batch reconciliations
-W-2’s and 1099’s
 
Requirements:
-Quickbooks experience is preferred
-3-5 years of previous bookkeeping experience
-Advanced Excel skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to learn and grow with an upcoming company
