Are you looking for a new opportunity in the Triad area? We have the position for you! You should have at least 3 years of recent experience with a primary focus on Bookkeeping.  As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
 
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the accounting functions of two office locations
  • Responsible for month end and providing financial information to the board
  • Reconcile credit card charges to ensure expenses are coded to proper GL account
  • Responsible for day to day functions of accounting
  • Assist in building the chart of accounts
  • Establish internal control procedures
  • Assist with AP and AR duties to ensure separation of duties
  • Responsible for gathering and completing yearly audit documents and assist gathering information for the audit
  • Provide variances between actual vs budget

 
 
Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Must be proficient with Quick books
  • Associates degree will be a plus
  • Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel Skills
