Bookkeeper job in Huntington Beach
You should have 3-5 years of QuickBooks bookkeeping experience including A/P, A/R, payroll, month end close, account reconciliations and creating reports.
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Receives and approves accounts payable invoices
• Paying invoices and posting to accounts
• Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
• Record cash receipts
• Prepare appropriate reports
• Answer client questions regarding invoices
• Prepare month end and financial reports
• 3-5 years of professional level bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in accounting preferred
• Detail oriented and organized are a must
• General ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
