We are currently working with a rapidly growing company located in Chicago, IL. They are in search of a candidate to help fill their open Bookkeeper role. The perfect candidate will be motivated, self-driven, and excel in working in a team environment. They must also have some previous bookkeeping experience.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Data entry and administrative duties
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Assist with G/L account analysis worksheets in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper role:
  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
  • Must have three years of Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, general ledger and journal entries is a plus
  • Great customer services skills
  • Attention to detail and adapts quick to change
  • Strong with QuickBooks and Excel
