Accounting Principals is looking for a Bookkeeper to join a family-owned company that is located in Jacksonville, Fl. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Bookkeeping experience.
Maintain the financial records Record journal entries and produce the general ledger
Produce monthly financial statements
Review, Monitor, Reconcile and Balance all accounts for Balance Sheet and Income Statements
Perform monthly and yearly closing of general ledger and record necessary journal entries and accruals.
Support overall operations
Reconcile bank accounts Sales Tax filing and reporting Commission reporting
Maintain complete filing system to support financial records.
Manage working capital accounts including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as produce AR Aging and AP Aging reports
Prepare and process payroll, including general ledger interface from ADP
Onboard new hires
Workman Comp and Commercial Insurance
Other duties as assigned Oversee staff members as required
Hourly, based on experience
M- F 8-5pm
