Accounting Principals is assisting an Oradell, New Jersey based healthcare company in their search to hire a Billing/Office Assistant.  This is an opportunity to join a thriving business.  The Billing/Office Assistant is best suited for highly organized individuals who like to stay busy!  Work hours are Monday-Friday with a half hour for lunch.  Please be advised that medical benefits are not provided at this time.*


  • Assist with billing (company is willing to train)
  • Provide administrative support
  • Help answer incoming calls
  • Maintain organization of the office
  • Manipulate spreadsheets in Excel
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be reliable.  This is an on-site position.
  • Detail oriented
  • MS Office
  • Prior office experience helpful
  • HS Diploma
  • Good communication skills
