Billing Specialist

A company with a beautiful, new office in the south downtown Seattle area is searching for a Billing Specialist to add to their team. Accounting Principals is partnering with them to identify a candidate who has some previous billing experience and is open to a temporary to hire position. You will need to have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of AR or billing experience is preferred. You will be handling contracts and be composing invoices according to client accounts so high attention to detail is crucial. You will be working on a team, so you need to be able to communicate professionally and be able to provide external clients with excellent customer service. This temporary to hire position is with a company that offers competitive benefits, and the opportunity to move up in your career after a minimum of one year in this position.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining client accounts and updating when needed
  • Reviewing and processing client contracts
  • Creating and issuing invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Additional projects as needed
  • Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • At least two years of AR or billing experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail and extreme accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
