Accounting Principals is searching for a qualified Billing Specialist to assist our client in Fremont, CA for the next six months. You will be reviewing client contracts and updating information in the system to reflect the current contracts. Previous billing experience or experience with legal documents/contracts is required for this role. In addition, since this is a professional service firm, you must have strong communication skills and be able to reach out to internal team members when needed. This team is growing and excited to welcome you as their business grows!
Auditing client contracts
Updating client information in the system
Creating billing invoices
Reconciling client statements
Additional projects as needed
At least a year of billing, accounting, or document management experience
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
